Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end user computing service delivery and operations for desktop/laptop environments, including service design, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Own onsite support service operations (IMAC, hardware break/fix, deskside software support, refresh & disposal, hands & feet support) and ensure consistent execution.
• Design and manage warehouse/technology support services including asset imaging and disposal, asset shipping/receipt, data recovery, and end user device inventory management.
• Architect client engineering and patching services covering image management, software distribution, patch management, application packaging, and release management.
• Ensure operational excellence for PC backup services, virtual desktop service engineering and patching, and antivirus management and compliance.

Skills Required:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in end user computing service delivery and operations.
• Desktop services and laptop services for end user computing environments.
• Onsite support services including IMAC, hardware break/fix, deskside software support, refresh & disposal, and hands & feet support.
• Warehouse/technology support services including asset imaging and disposal, asset shipping/receipt, data recovery, and device inventory management.
• Client engineering and patching service capabilities including image management, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint configuration management.
• PC backup services for end user PC backup, restoration, and troubleshooting.
• Virtual desktop service engineering, planning, image provisioning, management, patching, and support.
• Antivirus management including compliance on end user devices and centralized administration.

Good to Have:

• Encryption management for end user devices (e.g., BitLocker and legacy Symantec encryption practices).

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
