Description

You will manage the lifecycle, configuration, and security of endpoint devices across the organization, providing white-glove support for executive leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint engineering tasks including OS configuration, patching, imaging, and standardization.
• Provide white-glove executive support for senior leadership across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Act as an L3 escalation point to perform root cause analysis and reduce incident recurrence.
• Automate provisioning and patching workflows using scripting languages.
• Implement endpoint encryption, antivirus, and security policies to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EUC or Desktop Engineering.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 and macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, and newer).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MEMCM.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience managing mobile devices (iOS, Android) via MDM.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, ServiceNow, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Admin.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Jamf Certified Tech/Admin.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
