Description

You will provide first-level technical support and white-glove service to end users and VVIP executives.

Responsibilities

• Resolve or escalate incoming calls and emails to achieve first-touch resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues for laptops, desktops, MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and printers.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including the configuration and deployment of endpoints and mobile devices via Intune MDM.
• Deploy security patches and vulnerability updates using SCCM and manage McAfee components.
• Provide standby support for high-priority meetings, month-end activities, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Deliver dedicated white-glove support to VVIP users at on-site or off-site locations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in service desk or desktop troubleshooting.
• Proven experience providing dedicated VIP/VVIP support.
• Proficiency in Windows and Remote Desktop Management.
• Experience managing mobile devices through Intune MDM.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with SCCM for patch deployment and McAfee security tools.
• Ability to manage hardware and software purchase requests and vendor coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to define and resolve complex technical problems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a multinational service desk or helpdesk environment.
