Description

You provide technical support and manage end-user computing environments for the Malaysia location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware issues for laptops and desktops.
• Manage end-user computing activities using Intune, SCCM, and VDI.
• Administer mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Support and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Deliver direct technical assistance and customer service to users.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in end-user computing support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM.
• Experience managing VDI environments.
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Hardware troubleshooting expertise for desktops and laptops.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
