Description

You will provide direct technical support to end users, managing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a high-density client environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals, including mobile devices like iOS/iPhone/iPads.
• Execute IMAC tasks and manage large-scale office moves or re-stack activities.
• Manage the ticket queue within the Remedy system, ensuring resolution within defined service levels.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty repairs and with Level 3 support groups for service enhancements.
• Perform security and compliance tasks including access reviews, risk assessments, and facility inspections.
• Support on-site events, meetings, and disaster recovery activities, including rotational on-call support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in end-user support.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and client-based applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Help Desk service models.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and imaging devices (print/scan/copy/fax).
• Working knowledge of network protocols, specifically TCP/IP, for device connectivity.
• Ability to perform managed print service tasks, including invoicing and meter read verification.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment within a stockroom.
• Flexibility to travel to remote sites or collocations.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Technical certifications from Microsoft, Dell, or similar client-focused vendors.
