Description
You will provide technical support for the Intelligrants software platform during disaster recovery grant management processes.
Responsibilities
- Support OCD DRU staff with Intelligrants functionality based on user complexity.
- Collaborate with the Application Program Manager to ensure end user success.
- Assist OCD DRU end users with daily application tasks and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
- Direct experience with Intelligrants grant management software functionality.
- Proven expertise in recovery grants management.
- Strong customer service skills in an operational environment.
- Degree in any field of study.
