Description

You will provide technical support for the Intelligrants software platform during disaster recovery grant management processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support OCD DRU staff with Intelligrants functionality based on user complexity.
• Collaborate with the Application Program Manager to ensure end user success.
• Assist OCD DRU end users with daily application tasks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain proven expertise in recovery grants management.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills in an operational environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Direct experience with Intelligrants grant management software functionality.
• Proven expertise in recovery grants management.
• Strong customer service skills in an operational environment.
• Degree in any field of study.
