Description

You will provide onsite and remote technical support for end user hardware and software across multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite desktop imaging and deployment of Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS devices.
  • Troubleshoot, install, and replace hardware components and software products.
  • Resolve remote software and device issues through configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and support Mac and Windows desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, WAPs, and LAN hardware.
  • Manage content and provide application support for Microsoft M365 SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in onsite end user hardware and software technical support.
  • Experience installing new computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with software installation and configuration.
  • Troubleshooting expertise for desktop and mobile environments.
  • Ability to support Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience installing and troubleshooting LAN and wireless network hardware and cabling.
  • Experience supporting and managing VoIP phones.
  • Experience administering Microsoft M365 Office products.
