Description

You will own the support and lifecycle management of end-user, mobile, and conference room technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, and conference room technologies.
• Configure and deploy hardware and software within a near-100% wireless environment.
• Provide application and configuration packaging through automation.
• Manage asset visibility, ticketing queues, and lifecycle management.
• Assist in the development and adoption of written policies, standards, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of end-user support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, iOS, AWS, and Active Directory (AD).
• Experience with Group Policy Management and Microsoft O365.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Room technology and multi-media applications.
• Experience using ServiceNow as a workflow tool.
• Knowledge of software packaging, distribution, and automation tools.
• Proven ability to manage OLA, SLA, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to prioritize routine tickets, software problems, and project work.
