Description

Design and implement modern endpoint management solutions for enterprise Windows environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions, including migration from on-premises environments.
• Migrate legacy AD GPO policies to CSP profiles and implement modern provisioning via Intune, Autopilot, and Co-management.
• Develop and execute strategies for application, patch, and update deployment across Windows 10/11 endpoints.
• Manage disk encryption, anti-malware, and advanced authentication using BitLocker, Windows Defender ATP, and Azure AD.
• Create custom dashboards and reports using MS Graph API and automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with MDM technologies, specifically Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 365.
• 5+ years in a lead or senior engineering role within end-user computing.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell, VBS, and WMI for automation and configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 7/10 internals, including registry, file systems, services, and security.
• Experience with Azure AD (Hybrid) integration and modern authentication design.
• Proficiency with Graph API for custom reporting and tool integration.
• Strong understanding of MAM, MDM, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Windows Hello.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party endpoint management tools and Universal Printing.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and manage technical escalations.
