Description

You will own the stability and management of endpoint-related services within the DWT Technical Operations function.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational stability of endpoint platforms, tools, and services.
• Maintain the orchestration ecosystem, including integrations with security tools, identity platforms, and authentication systems.
• Administer orchestration tools including M365, Tanium, and JAMF using Microsoft PowerShell for automation.
• Perform continuous platform monitoring, maintenance, and management across the endpoint service ecosystem.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for the Systems Administration team to resolve complex issues and perform advanced troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with IT Endpoint Technologies (PC, Mac, Endpoint Management, and Orchestration tools).
• Proficiency with M365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Tanium.
• Experience managing macOS environments via JAMF.
• Strong Microsoft PowerShell skills for automated administration.
• Experience managing complex orchestration ecosystems and system integrations.
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting within a Systems Administration context.
