Key Responsibilities

• Lead device migration workstreams from AD/SCCM to Entra ID and Intune.
• Design and execute in-place migration strategies with minimal end-user disruption.
• Design, build and deploy Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployment and update rings.
• Design phased/ring-based deployment strategies, pilot groups, rollback plans and success criteria.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Windows Autopilot where applicable.
• Develop PowerShell automation and Azure Automation Runbooks/Logic Apps to reduce manual effort.
• Integrate ServiceNow workflows to automate migration requests, approvals and fulfilment.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, compliance, policy, application deployment and identity issues.
• Validate security controls including Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender and compliance posture.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks, operational handover material and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-migration optimisation, hyper care and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading endpoint migration projects/workstreams.
• Extensive Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Proven delivery of AD/SCCM to Entra ID/Intune migrations.
• Strong expertise in in-place migration techniques.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Azure Automation (Runbooks, Logic Apps).
• SCCM/MECM administration.
• Microsoft Entra ID device identity and authentication.
• Windows endpoint engineering and modern management.
• ServiceNow workflow integration and ITSM processes.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies including Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint and compliance policies.

Desirable Experience

• Windows Autopilot.
• Microsoft Graph API.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD and source control.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience working within ITIL-based managed services and project delivery
