Description

You will design, deploy, and administer endpoint management and security solutions across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement endpoint management and security solutions per established policies.
• Conduct system hardening and security assessments to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues using deep knowledge of management systems.
• Advise junior team members on technical matters and participate in IT infrastructure project development.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of professional experience in endpoint management and security.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune.
• Broad understanding of device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and patch management.
• Experience managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Group Policy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex troubleshooting.
• Complete knowledge of endpoint security management in complex environments.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jamf, Landscape, Tanium, or Absolute.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
