Description

You will manage and secure Windows endpoints across on-premises and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Windows images, OSD Task Sequences, and baseline configurations using MS Endpoint Manager and Intune.
• Package and deploy MS 365, OneDrive, and other cloud-migrated workloads.
• Deliver endpoint protection, encryption, and cloud policies for devices on and off the corporate LAN.
• Develop deployment test plans, manage deployment groups, and coordinate pilot user feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN connectivity issues and Windows registry, permissions, or driver conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience using PowerShell to automate tasks, deploy applications, and generate reports.
• 5+ years of experience working with multiple Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Expertise in Group Policy, Active Directory Replication, DNS, DHCP, and OU design.
• Proficiency with MS Endpoint Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Intune.
• Experience with hybrid integration between MS Endpoint Manager and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience servicing Windows 10 and 11 environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• General understanding of software development, Agile, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Autopilot and Windows Update for Business.
• SQL report-writing expertise specific to MS Endpoint Manager reporting.
