Description

You will manage and maintain IT endpoint technologies across an enterprise environment of 1000+ endpoints. You own the release and patching lifecycle, ensuring security and stability across the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows imaging, MDM, Active Directory, Group Policy, and encryption technologies.
• Manage OS and third-party patching, software packing, and anti-malware solutions.
• Monitor and react to endpoint logs and alerts to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement endpoint test plans, policies, and compensating controls.
• Participate in the change management process and provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience administering SCCM or Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM/MECP).
• 2+ years of experience in an Endpoint Engineer role.
• 2+ years of experience with PowerShell, VB, Bash, or Python scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience managing enterprises with over 1000 endpoints.
• Ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL.
• High school diploma or GED supplemented by technical training or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
