You will lead endpoint management across mobile, compute, and telecom domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile device lifecycle, ensuring compliance and application support via SOTI and Intune.
• Establish and enforce device standards, including OS, browser configurations, and group policies for Windows, iOS, and Linux.
• Oversee Windows device management using SCCM and Intune, and manage Mac lifecycle using Jamf.
• Lead initiatives to implement generative AI solutions for automating MDM and device management processes.
• Manage telecom costs, corporate phone standards, and execute carrier contract discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management.
• Expert knowledge of SCCM and Intune for Windows device management.
• Proficiency with Jamf for Mac device lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing and managing MDM processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI into IT workflows.
• Experience defining and enforcing device standards across multiple OS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOTI MDM.
• Background in telecom cost management.
