Description

You will manage and maintain the lifecycle of end-user computing environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support Azure AVD and SCCM environments to ensure stable desktop operations.
• Handle application packaging and deployment tasks across the organization.
• Monitor desktop alerts and manage the full desktop lifecycle.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint issues.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in system engineering.
• Expertise in Windows 7/10 and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and AVD.
• Proficiency in Intune and MSI packaging.
• Strong scripting abilities for automation.
• Experience with patch management and Endpoint Protection tools.
• Basic SQL Server administration experience.
