Description

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage endpoint security and antivirus solutions across the organization.
Monitor endpoint protection tools to identify and respond to security threats.
Perform malware analysis, threat detection, and incident response for endpoint-related security incidents.
Ensure endpoint security policies are implemented and maintained.
Troubleshoot endpoint security issues and provide timely resolution.
Monitor security alerts and take appropriate remediation actions.
Perform regular updates, patch management, and health checks for endpoint security solutions.
Coordinate with IT and security teams to enhance endpoint security posture.
Prepare security reports and maintain documentation related to endpoint security activities.
Participate in security audits and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Endpoint Security and Endpoint Protection solutions.
Strong knowledge of Antivirus and Anti malware technologies.
Experience with one or more of the following security tools:
Trend Micro
Symantec
McAfee
Sophos
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and endpoint administration.
Knowledge of malware detection, threat analysis, and security best practices.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber-security, or a related field.
Relevant cyber security certifications are an added advantage.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
