Description

This role manages and maintains the workstation environment for the global corporate endpoint computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Package applications for deployment across the enterprise.
• Deploy and monitor compliance of installed applications.
• Provide software delivery support using various management tools.
• Identify technical needs and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS.
• Experience building applications using MSI/MST via Flexera Admin Studio or PSADT.
• Experience managing desktop infrastructure using MS Intune or Tanium.
• Proficiency in software and OS patch management using SCCM, CMG, or Windows Update for Business.
• Understanding of scripting, including VBScript, batch, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Windows OS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with MAC OS and familiarity with UNIX shell scripting (SH, BASH, ZSH) or Python.
• Experience with JAMF Composer or Visual Studio Code and Munkipkg.
• Familiarity with SNOW and ticket management processes.
