Description

This role manages and maintains the global corporate endpoint computing environment, handling application packaging, deployment, and compliance monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Package applications for enterprise deployment using MSI/MST via Flexera Admin Studio or PSADT.
• Deploy and monitor compliance of installed applications across the Windows infrastructure.
• Provide software delivery support and manage OS/software patches using SCCM, CMG, or Windows Update for Business.
• Identify technical needs and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in endpoint solutions.
• Deep familiarity with Windows OS environments.
• Experience managing desktop infrastructure using MS Intune or Tanium.
• Proficiency in scripting with VBScript, batch, and PowerShell.
• Experience with software and OS patch management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with MAC OS and familiarity with UNIX shell scripting (SH, BASH, ZSH) or Python.
• Experience with JAMF Composer, Visual Studio Code, and Munkipkg.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and ticket management processes.
