Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's endpoint infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using MDM solutions, including OS imaging and patch management.
• Support and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions while enforcing device security and compliance policies.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate endpoint management tasks and optimize support workflows.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and best practices for IT teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in endpoint management, support, or system administration.
• Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, VMware Horizon, or Citrix.
• Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, including EDR, antivirus, and encryption management.
• Ability to diagnose and remediate vulnerabilities on endpoint devices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies beyond standard VDI.
