Description

You will manage and support virtual desktop infrastructure and MDM solutions to ensure seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement new MDM technologies and tools.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage virtual desktops across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze VDI performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
  • Support virtual desktop environments and maintain resource utilization efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles for virtual desktop environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix XenDesktop and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy objects.
  • Experience with Windows Server, client operating systems, and Remote Desktop Services.
  • Knowledge of User Profiling and Network/Systems administration.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols within VDI environments.
  • Ability to manage diverse operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

  • Stay current with industry trends in mobile technology and MDM advancements.
