Description

Lead the design and implementation of Endur ETRM solutions to solve complex business problems in the energy and commodities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical designs, and solution architectures within the Endur platform.
• Provide functional and technical leadership for ETRM software implementations and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Manage requirements analysis, technology assessments, project estimations, and implementation planning.
• Direct project teams of 10+ people using modern engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
• Develop TRM product customizations including business rules, reports, contract templates, and system processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Endur platform and ETRM domain.
• Expertise in Solution Architecture, Technical Design, and Data Architecture.
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle for crude, refined products, natural gas, NGLs, and power.
• Knowledge of physical and financial instruments such as futures, swaps, options, logistics, and inventory.
• Experience integrating TRM solutions with SAP, Oracle, e-confirm, ICE/CME, or Veson.
• Proficiency in Cloud services, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Degree in any graduate field.
