Description

You will support commercial and residential energy efficiency incentive programs through project administration and customer application management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and capture customer applications in the local CRM to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.
• Verify applications, documents, and milestones for accuracy and completeness according to program procedures.
• Perform accurate data entry and assist with project and program management activities.
• Represent the program at local marketing events and conferences in New Brunswick, NJ.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in customer program support.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies.
• Working knowledge of financial, accounting, marketing, and operational functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation for travel and responsibility for vehicle maintenance and fees.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically within energy efficiency programs.
• Associate degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
