You will lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic client relationships within the Product Development practice.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and executing go-to-market strategies for product development.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to guide clients through their development journeys.
• Manage and nurture strategic partnerships within the AWS and GCP ecosystems to support partner engagement.
• Lead global delivery teams and manage direct reports, focusing on career development and talent retention.
• Oversee account expansion and delivery for assigned clients, ensuring successful implementation of complex enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in sales, delivery, or practice leadership within the IT services industry.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in the Product Development space.
• Proven experience managing relationships and maintaining a network of contacts within the AWS or GCP ecosystems.
• Expertise in designing and implementing custom software applications, cloud-native architectures, and scalable software solutions.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and the application of GenAI tools within software development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discussions with both business and technical leaders to influence stakeholders.
• Experience delivering impactful presentations to C-level executives.
• Strong background in managing and structuring global delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Industry expertise in healthcare, financial services, automotive, or manufacturing.
