Description

You will own the planning, execution, and management of large-scale SAP transformation engagements for global consulting clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements workshops to design and roll out S/4 HANA solutions for Finance and Controlling areas.
• Design global templates based on industry best practices and manage end-to-end process design, including blueprints, gap analysis, and testing strategies.
• Oversee the overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Manage program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers on resource allocation, capacity planning, and the successful delivery of all project phases.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of SAP experience, including mandatory S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP FI CO modules: Financial General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting.
• Deep end-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Report (RTR) processes.
• Proven experience leading large, global, consulting-led RTR business transformation programs.
• Direct experience within the Utility industry and prior EPPM implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements.
• Proficiency with SAP BW/4HANA, BPC, SD, and MM.
• Experience in scoping prospective engagements and developing technical proposals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing global consulting engagements for enterprise clients.
