You will lead large-scale, global, consulting-led Order to Cash (OTC) business transformation programs.
Responsibilities
Design and govern SAP-centric solutions that enhance OTC business processes and integrate with modules such as FICO, SD, PP, QM, and PM.
Lead business workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and derive functional outcomes.
Manage project planning, implementation schedules, and execution to ensure success criteria and quality standards are met.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide counterparts toward optimal SAP solutions.
Provide production support and problem-solving to ensure business continuity and meet SLAs.
Mentor junior team members and manage teams of 20+ resources.
Required Skills
At least 10 years of transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
Expert knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Customer Master setup, Account Determination, Delivery Processing, and Customer Invoicing.
Proven experience with at least five full life cycle ERP implementations involving multi-module integration (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
Deep understanding of S/4HANA functionality and configuration for OTC structures.
Experience in proposal and business case development (minimum 6 years).
Proven sales experience and ability to manage large-scale transformation initiatives.
Ability to demonstrate integration between Sales and other functional areas, specifically production and logistics/material movement.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD and integration with EWM/TM.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
Ability to travel up to 100% for onshore responsibilities and client training.
Experience building assets, accelerators, and thought leadership.
