Description

Lead planning, execution, and management of large-scale SAP transformation engagements. Ensure successful delivery across all project phases and releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements workshops to design and roll out S/4HANA solutions for Finance & Controlling.
• Design global templates based on industry best practices and manage end-to-end process design, including blueprints, gap analysis, and cutover plans.
• Own the inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet client satisfaction and budget constraints.
• Manage program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks while overseeing the completion of all deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of SAP experience with mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Expert-level knowledge in SAP FI CO modules, including General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting.
• Deep end-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Report (RTR) processes.
• Proven experience leading large, global, consulting-led RTR business transformation programs.
• Specific experience in the Utility industry and prior EPPM implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA, BPC, SD, and MM.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
