Description

You will own customer engagement strategies across email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and SMS channels to drive retention and conversion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute personalized engagement campaigns tailored to HNI audiences.
• Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline for the sales team.
• Drive user retention through initiatives like referral programs.
• Analyze large datasets, including app usage and feature adoption, to identify trends.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the impact of engagement strategies.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer engagement, preferably at a B2C product company.
• Hands-on experience with engagement platforms such as CleverTap or MoEngage.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and sales metrics via engagement campaigns.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, specifically app usage and feature adoption.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools.
