Description

You will drive and oversee strategic supply chain solutions using Blue Yonder Category Management across Retail and Consumer Goods industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles including budget, scope, and risk management from conception to completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Execute business discovery sessions, solution design, fit-gap analysis, product implementation, and site rollouts.
• Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and end-to-end technical data flow mapping.
• Document techno-functional design aspects and manage product enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 13 years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Blue Yonder Category Management with recent project implementation within the last 3 years.
• At least 2 years of experience leading development teams or performing implementations with Blue Yonder Category Management.
• Proven experience in supply chain consulting and project management within the Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
• Technical proficiency in E2E data flows, Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and techno-functional design requirements.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Advanced certifications in project management and Blue Yonder Category Management solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Blue Yonder SCPO database schemas, PL/SQL, and Demand Fulfillment modules.
• Experience optimizing and maintaining the BY/JDA platform via patches, upgrades, and archive job maintenance.
• Basic understanding across all Blue Yonder planning and execution modules.
