You will lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of business processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead business workshops with key stakeholders to drive results aligned with project plans.
Develop implementation schedules, system implementation planning, and execution strategies.
Provide business process solutions that meet client requirements within industry-leading practices.
Manage project success criteria, planning, and execution according to quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business peers to meet company objectives.
Mentor and manage consulting and client team members, including direct management of 5 to 10 resources.
Required Skills
Minimum of 8 years of transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
At least 3 full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager involving multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
Deep understanding of end-to-end Demand to Supply business processes, including Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Production Planning and Execution, and Quality Management.
Proven ability to lead design workshops and deliver build objects, configuration, development, testing, and deployment for SAP DTS via S/4HANA.
Experience in proposal and business case development for at least 3 years.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuration, and testing script documents.
Understanding of integration with Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Record to Report processes.
Knowledge of Business Case Development, ERP, and Project Plans.
Willingness to travel up to 100% to client sites.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Plant Maintenance or Sales and Operation Planning processes enabled by IBP.
Knowledge of statutory Accounting Principles (SAP).
