Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engagement or project management.
• Fluency in French.
• Proven expertise in Management Consulting.
• Direct experience with Manufacturing Process Improvement.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability in Stakeholder Engagement.
• Background in Quality Control methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
