Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design and development aspects of the SDLC in partnership with the PMO.
• Manage product planning, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards are met.
• Direct project execution, resource deployment, and coordination to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Business System Analysts to define technical design, unit testing, and implementation requirements.
• Escalate risks and issues to stakeholders while developing proactive mitigation actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application technology solution delivery.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and PMO methodologies.
• Experience managing technical delivery and offshore resource coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with Business System Analysts (BSA) on functional requirements.
• Competency in overseeing technical design and unit testing processes.
• Proven track record in budget management and resource planning.
• Experience in product roadmap execution and release management.
• Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN or Tampa, FL.
