Description

You will manage client relationships and lead project teams from planning through the execution of digital solution designs and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions and expectations with executive clients and sponsors.
• Lead project teams through brainstorming sessions, kick-offs, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve technical, business, and resource-specific project problems.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying key decision makers and new opportunities within client organizations.
• Create Statements of Work, control project scope, and manage Change Orders.
• Establish governance and ensure solutions comply with architectural patterns and standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with a background in quantitative sciences, IT, engineering, or business economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Solutions engagements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading engagements.
• Proven track record leading large-scale user experience design and development projects.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Availability to travel to client locations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML models, RPA automation, workflow orchestration, or data management.
• Knowledge of low code/no code and BPM tools such as Flowable, Signavio, Camunda, or Pega.
• Prior Agile roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, or Release Train Engineer.
• Project Management or Agile certifications.
