Description

Lead large-scale global SAP Record to Report (RTR) business transformation programs and design S/4 HANA solutions for Finance and Controlling.

Responsibilities

• Design global templates and high-quality solution designs based on industry best practices.
• Lead business requirement workshops and end-to-end design sessions for S/4 HANA rollouts.
• Own the inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Manage project estimation, planning, staffing, and the delivery of blueprints, gap analyses, and cutover plans.
• Mentor junior team members and guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager across multiple modules (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI CO modules, including General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.
• Expertise in SAP Controlling, specifically Product Costing, CO-PCA, CO-CCA, and COPA.
• Hands-on working knowledge of S/4 HANA Finance structures and configuration.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 to 10 resources.
• Strong background in Finance and Accounting with the ability to consult with senior management.
• Experience in proposal writing and business case development.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of integration with BPC, SD, and MM.
