Description

Lead global SAP Record to Report business transformation programs and design S/4 HANA solutions for Finance and Controlling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design global templates and high-quality solution designs for S/4 HANA rollouts.
• Lead business requirement workshops and end-to-end design sessions.
• Own the RICEFW inventory and manage cutover plans.
• Manage project estimation, planning, staffing, and blueprint delivery.
• Mentor junior team members on complex fit/gap analysis.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules (GL, IC, AR, AP, AA, Material Ledger).
• Expertise in SAP Controlling: Product Costing, CO-PCA, CO-CCA, and COPA.
• Hands-on knowledge of S/4 HANA Finance structures and configuration.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 to 10 resources.
• Strong background in Finance and Accounting.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of integration with BPC, SD, and MM.
