Own end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full SDLC, including product planning, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards are met.
• Lead project execution, overseeing resource deployment, budget management, and scheduling to keep delivery on track.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Business System Analysts to define technical scope, feasibility, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with architecture and development teams to perform code reviews and ensure alignment with predefined designs.
• Oversee offshore technical delivery teams and optimize the mix of development resources for project success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or engagement management.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Technical familiarity with Microsoft .NET environments.
• Experience managing or working within SAP ecosystems.
• Ability to develop project documentation, including initiation docs, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proven track record of managing project portfolios and product roadmaps.
