Description

You will provide electrical engineering support and design improvements for robotics, servo systems, power electronics, and supervisory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify replacement components for end-of-life or high-cost items in collaboration with procurement.
• Update and release design files to accommodate new components and hardware changes.
• Design manufacturing test setups, write test applications, and develop tools for system diagnostics and monitoring.
• Resolve manufacturing, unit, field, and component-level issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all electrical system developments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of motion control, power electronics, servo systems, and embedded control systems.
• Experience with Altium PCB development environment or similar EE design packages.
• Ability to design and improve products including communications networks and supervisory control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with LabView software for developing and supporting test automation.
