Description

You will design, develop, and support scalable ETL and ELT processes to power data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain code required to move data across pipelines.
• Create and maintain ELT specifications, including source-to-target maps.
• Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) and manage data pipeline migrations to cloud platforms.
• Conduct project-specific data analysis and map required data for all facets of the ELT process.
• Participate in the production on-call support rotation for ETL processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an ETL/ELT development role.
• Expertise with Matillion and Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and error trapping.
• Advanced Python skills for scripting and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda functions and building data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Kimball dimensional modeling concepts.
• Experience with Oracle Database, AWS Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Proven ability to call APIs and handle JSON responses.
• Experience implementing Change Data Capture (CDC).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator.
• Experience building self-service reporting solutions using BI software like OBIEE, Looker, or Power BI.
