Description

Manage Informatica Data Governance and Marketplace platforms to support global data compliance and quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Catalog enterprise IT resources using Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) and configure resources with Advanced Scanner.
• Manage metadata extraction, profiling, business term association, and data domains within EDC.
• Maintain data assets and govern processes using Informatica Axon and Data Privacy Management.
• Create and populate data lineage to link technical and business metadata.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior engineers on data governance processes and technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or data governance roles.
• Proficiency with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
• Experience with Informatica Axon and Data Privacy Management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Perl scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to document best practices, procedures, and technical guidance.
