Description

You will design, develop, and test automation and robotic control systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering for product development, including integration and evaluation of robotic platforms.
• Execute kinematic analysis and develop control algorithms for robotic systems and early prototypes.
• Drive architectural and design changes in mechanical and electrical systems to optimize control performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SAFe Agile methodologies to deliver new robotic control features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in robotics and automation, including electro-mechanical design and software development.
• Experience with DC motor control.
• Proficiency in Object-oriented Software.
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards including IEC 60601, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (MSEng preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Software development in C#, C++, and .NET Framework.
• Knowledge of UML state machine theory, robotic control theory, PID controllers, and servo systems.
• Experience with CAN bus networking and cross-platform software development.
