Description

You will manage wireless network performance and configuration using Ericsson OSS platforms and RF predictive tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage parameter retrieval, changes, alarm monitoring, and performance analysis via Ericsson OSS platforms.
• Execute VoLTE implementation and manage associated parameters and settings.
• Perform network maintenance, expansion, layer management, and IRAT configurations using AMOS scripting.
• Generate RF engineering and management reports using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Develop database queries using Visual Basic to convert raw statistics into actionable information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with LTE, UMTS, CDMA, and EvDO wireless data technologies.
• 5+ years of experience using RF predictive tools such as ATOLL or Planet.
• 3+ years of experience with query and template creation for LTE/VoLTE KPIs using Ericsson BO.
• Proficiency with drive data collection tools including NEMO, XCAL, or TEMS.
• Experience with data processing software including Actix Analyzer, Windcatcher, XCAL, or TEMS.
• Programming skills in Visual Basic for database query development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, or equivalent work experience.
