Job Responsibilities include:

Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based applications, automation frameworks, and AI-driven solutions to support Treasury and enterprise technology initiatives.

Build, configure, administer, and enhance GitLab repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes to improve software delivery efficiency and governance.

Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable environments.

Implement AI technologies including Agentic AI, RAG architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Accounting, and Technology teams to gather requirements, deliver strategic solutions, and support enterprise initiatives.

Establish coding standards, maintain technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and drive continuous improvement across development, automation, and cloud engineering practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Advanced degree preferred.

8–10+ years of experience in Python development, AWS cloud engineering, DevOps automation, data pipelines, and enterprise technology solutions.

Strong expertise in Python, Terraform, GitLab administration, CI/CD pipeline development, AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, Security Groups), and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions including Agentic AI, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and automation frameworks, with the ability to support Treasury, Risk, Finance, or Capital Markets business environments
