Description

You will provide 24/7 production support for the Data Warehousing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Control-M jobs continuously.
• Fix production job failures promptly.
• Coordinate with admin teams to resolve production blockers.
• Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in production support.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduler.
• Proficiency in SQL, Shell, or Python scripting.
• Working knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to AWS.
• Experience providing 24/7 production support.
