Description

Execute approved projects and manage routine engineering tasks with moderate supervision. This role involves conducting basic statistical analysis, interpreting functional testing results, and applying engineering tools to solve straightforward problems using failure mode analysis and process modeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine small projects independently and contribute to product revisions or specific components of larger initiatives.
• Conduct basic statistical analysis and interpret functional testing results to drive process improvements.
• Apply engineering tools to solve problems using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and process modeling.
• Utilize DMAIC tools and Design of Experiments to support product enhancements.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Knowledge of DMAIC methodologies.
• Capability in Process Modeling and Design of Experiments.
• Ability to perform detailed Failure Mode Analysis.
• BS in Engineering or equivalent graduate degree.
