You lead the design and delivery of AI-powered enterprise solutions and agentic workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise applications using GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows to streamline software delivery across the organization.
• Establish prompt and agent standards to ensure consistent AI implementation.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and existing workflows.
• Embed responsible AI practices into daily delivery workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI.
• Proven experience building agent-based systems.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and LangChain.
• Experience designing applications using GitHub Copilot.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
• Skills in REST API Development.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA).
• Working knowledge of MLOps, including CI/CD and monitoring.
