Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain secure GRC and compliance automation platforms using Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.

Build and support cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS technologies while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Implement governance, risk, and compliance solutions that align with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and FedRAMP.

Develop and integrate security controls including RBAC, OAuth2/JWT authentication, encryption, audit logging, and identity management capabilities.

Create and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL technologies while supporting audit readiness, data governance, and compliance reporting requirements.

Collaborate with security, compliance, DevOps, and engineering teams to integrate compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines and drive secure software development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.

6–8 years of experience in software engineering, cloud applications, security engineering, GRC platforms, or compliance automation solutions.

Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Node.js, REST API development, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL database technologies.

Proven experience implementing security and compliance solutions aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP frameworks, including RBAC, OAuth2/JWT, IAM, audit logging, DevSecOps, and compliance automation platforms
