Description

You will design, develop, and maintain secure GRC and compliance automation platforms. This role covers cloud-native application development, security control implementation, and database optimization to support audit readiness.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and support cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS technologies.
• Implement governance, risk, and compliance solutions aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and FedRAMP.
• Develop security controls including RBAC, OAuth2/JWT, encryption, audit logging, and identity management.
• Create and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions for compliance reporting and data governance.
• Integrate compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines and drive secure software development best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud applications, or security engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Node.js.
• Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Proven experience implementing security and compliance solutions (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP).
• Experience with RBAC, OAuth2/JWT, IAM, and audit logging.
