Description

You will manage on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for gas metering flow systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site service jobs, including installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC support, ensuring completion within scheduled timelines.
• Prepare detailed site visit reports and minutes of meetings, securing customer sign-off upon job completion.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints, managing escalations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide technical assistance to Project and Engineering departments as required.
• Maintain up-to-date service visit data and product configuration backups on the server.
• Follow Quality Management System procedures and work instructions to maintain operational standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in service engineering.
• Technical knowledge of Flow Metering Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Meters, Gas Chromatographs (GC), and Flow Computers.
• Experience working with Control Valves, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field.
