Description

You will manage identity and access management tasks and support Telco infrastructure operations in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM user lifecycle and AWS account creation for managed and unmanaged accounts.
• Provision Telco infrastructure and support onboarding tasks.
• Support Telco Landing Zone services including EC2, cloud networking, security, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor LZ services for health and availability, execute changes, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Follow ITSM processes using UTS, Helix, and Jira, and maintain progress status in Confluence.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in cloud environments.
• Expertise in AWS cloud computing and AWS migrations.
• Proficiency with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with AWS Control Tower.
• Experience with ITSM processes and incident, change, and onboarding trackers.
• Must have resided in EU countries for at least the last 5 years.
• Must be able to initiate Sabotage Protection (SUG-2) clearance.
